We offer customization & Design Modification
Design modification or customization of any of our product can be carried according to your requirement. Many of the designers and architect want a specific color match to their interior. Customization mostly includes the changes in the design of our existing products or the change in the color of the clips. Please contact us for the modifications.
Mode of payment
We accept online payments through PayPal where all major forms of debit and credit cards can be accepted. We also accept bank transfers from the international companies for bulk orders.
We accept returns within fifteen days. A return request can be forwarded during this time at email@example.com and we refund when the product is received back. Return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer.

Shipping inside the USA
When you place the order the shipping charges are calculated automatically with the payment. These charges are calculated for the United States Postal Service (USPS) since they offer the cheapest shipping in the United States.
If you are a bulk buyer within the USA
The shipping charges can be different for the bulk buyers. If you are ordering any product in a quantity of 100 or more, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the product, quantity required and your complete shipping address. We will calculate the discounted shipping to your location and get back to you.
If you hold an active account with any shipping company, please send us the name of the shipping company, your account number, your complete shipping address with zip code. We will ship your order to you using this information. Your shipping company will bill you later.
If you are a Canadian customer
The shipping charges from the US to Canada is less than the other surrounding countries. Please send us your complete shipping address with the product name and quantity and we will get back to you with the shipping options and charges. The UPS has offered us discounted rates for the Canadian customers and we pass on this benefit to our customers in Canada. Please note that the Canadian Customs department impose some fee to the Canadian shipments and you are responsible for these charges at the time delivery.
If you are a European Customer
The shipping charges to European countries has a whole range. Please send us your complete shipping address with the product name and quantity and we will get back to you with the shipping options and charges. Please note that different European countries Customs department impose some fee to the shipments and you are responsible for these charges at the time delivery.
International Customers with the Bulk Buying.
If you want to order a product in thousands, the cheapest shipping services would be by Sea. Please contact us in that case and we will get back to you with the lead time and shipping estimate. Please also mention your packing requirement.
Do you want Mix and Match?
We can offer a combined shipping of different products. It saves the shipping cost.
We mostly use USPS services for shipping. Shipping charges are automatically added when you add the product in the in the cart. If you are a bulk buyer and hold some account with a shipping company, let us know the account details and we will ship using your account.
Most of the orders are shipped within 1-2 days. A confirmation of your purchase order, describing all details of your order, will be emailed to you immediately.
