What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card through PayPal, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes.  If you do NOT have a PayPal account, check our invoice sent in email, click on ‘Buy Now’ then click “CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL” button & choose ‘CHECK OUT AS GUEST’ and then enter your card information & shipping information.

Can I pay for my purchase with a Money Order and Check?

We do not accept personal checks.

How quickly do you ship an item?

First of all we will send you an invoice that will show you the price of the clips that you bought and shipping charges to your country. Once you accept these charges and pay online, we will ship within 2 business days after receiving the cleared payment. As we have our stocks also available outside the United States, we can ship to you from the nearest country of you. It will reduce the shipping cost and shipping charges.

What SHIPPING METHOD do you use?

Our International orders are shipped either by FEDEX or DHL courier service. Tracking numbers are provided to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for mishandling by the courier company that is rare with these companies.

Do you combine shipping if I purchase multiple items?

Yes. You certainly can.

What is the HS code of Rug Hanging Clips

The HS code for rug clips is 8308.90.60.  That may be required by your custom department to calculate custom fee.

Do you sell from a smoke free/pet free place?

Yes, we ship from smoke free & pet free environmental.

What is your return policy?

Internationally shipped orders are not returned. International shipping charges are sometimes more than the cost of product.
If you are a bulk buyer and want a refund, you will pay the return shipping charges to get a refund.

Do I pay sales tax on my purchases?

No tax is charged from the international buyers.
